Reaching Nations is a non-profit Christian ministry devoted to serving God in the nations through preaching the gospel and demonstrating His love and compassion to the poor and needy.
Over the past 20 years Charles and Lamar have had the privilege of laboring in the harvest fields of the world and it is has become their intense passion and purpose to give their all that this harvest be not lost, but gathered unto eternity for Jesus.
They have served as missionaries and lived in both Russia and Africa, where God has blessed and enabled them to minister to hundreds of national leaders, as well as to the poor and needy through leadership conferences, healing schools for HIV/AIDS victims, grain distribution, implementing whole life gardens, installing clean drinking wells and providing widows’ assistance and orphan care.
Their most recent endeavors have been focused primarily in Malawi, Africa where they have lived and ministered from 2002 to 2009. During this time they have also established a national staff and recently built an Orphan Care Center that provides daily food and assistance for 100 orphans.
Currently Charles, Lamar and their son, Grant, are primarily based in the States where they are continuing to secure and broaden the financial support needed to sustain the Malawi Orphan Care Center.
On the following pages are the goals of Reaching Nations and a history of projects used to both demonstrate and minister the gospel.
