Charles Taylor
Founder & President – Reaching Nations
Charles Taylor founded Reaching Nations following his first visit to Malawi in the late 1980s. For more than three decades he has preached the gospel while helping lead aid and relief efforts and agricultural development initiatives including food distribution, agricultural training programs, clean water projects, and child care support. His long-term involvement and vision now guide the development of Agricultural Innovation Malawi as the next phase of this work.
Lamar Taylor
Co-Founder
Lamar Taylor has been involved in the development of Reaching Nations since its earliest work in Malawi. For more than three decades she has helped lead program development, organizational outreach, and the relationships that have helped sustain the work over time. Her continued involvement helps strengthen the foundation upon which Agricultural Innovation Malawi is now being built.

Gresham Ngurube
Malawi Program Director
Gresham Ngurube has served with Reaching Nations since 2004 and provides local leadership for agricultural and development initiatives. He received his training in agriculture and animal husbandry at Kamuzu Academy in Malawi and previously led the Bread for Life agricultural training program. His long-term leadership provides practical oversight for AIM implementation and local program development.

Janet Brantley
Director – Pathstone
Janet Brantley serves as a Director at Pathstone, a firm providing family office services and strategic wealth advisory to ultra-high-net-worth families, foundations, and philanthropic organizations. She provides advisory support to AIM in financial governance, organizational structure, and long-term sustainability planning, helping strengthen the initiative’s strategic development and accountability framework.

Solar & Irrigation Technical Partner
Powered by Nature provides technical expertise in solar-powered irrigation systems and agricultural water infrastructure. Their experience implementing renewable energy and irrigation projects in Malawi provides practical technical guidance for AIM’s irrigation design and infrastructure development.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Runcain Chimwala
Logistics & Supply Chain Partner
Runcain Chimwala brings extensive experience coordinating large-scale import logistics into Malawi, including the successful clearance of numerous humanitarian shipments. His knowledge of customs processes and supply chain coordination provides valuable support for infrastructure procurement, equipment importation, and delivery planning for AIM development.
